2. Service Nature
Tekton sells digital services and digital assets, including:
- recurring Plans with included MCP Tool Units
- Top-Ups or metered usage entitlements
- legacy downloadable themes, templates, or related assets
Because access is delivered immediately and usage can begin as soon as a purchase is activated, refund eligibility depends on whether meaningful usage or download has already occurred.
Shadow billing views shown during transition do not themselves create a charge. Only amounts that were actually purchased or billed are eligible for refund review.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

5. Cancellation
5.1 Recurring Plans
- You may cancel a recurring Plan at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
5.2 Top-Ups
Top-Ups are one-time purchases. Once materially consumed, they are non-refundable.
5.3 Legacy Purchases
Legacy theme or template purchases remain governed by the access rights granted at the time of purchase. Refund review for those purchases follows this Policy.
6. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days with approval, denial, or a request for more information.
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and usually appear within:
- cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:
- your Account may be suspended while the matter is reviewed
- we may contest unjustified chargebacks when usage, download, or delivery already occurred

This Refund Policy is provided in English, Korean, and Japanese. In case of discrepancy, the Korean version shall prevail for users in the Republic of Korea.
