What you buy
A subscription to update access for the FramingUI design system. Each release contains a skill build and a matching @framingui/ui package tarball, delivered as downloads against your license key. The subscription is not a support contract, custom design work, or repository access in either direction.
The release promise
While subscribed, you can download every published release. If you cancel or your subscription lapses, updates stop at the end of the paid period — and every release published while you were subscribed remains downloadable. Nothing already earned is ever withdrawn.
License scope
Solo licenses one developer seat; Team licenses up to ten seats in one organization. You may build and ship any number of products with the system. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly rehost the skill builds or package tarballs themselves, and a license key must not be shared beyond its seats.
Billing
Paddle is the merchant of record: they process payment, apply VAT or sales tax, issue invoices, and handle refunds under their buyer terms. You can cancel any time; the release promise above defines what remains.
Warranty and liability
The system is provided as-is during the pilot. Any warranty, service level, indemnity, liability cap, and termination treatment beyond the release promise must be stated in a signed agreement.
